Pest HQ has included a lot of good resources that can aid in identifying pests and infestations. If you are still unsure of which pest you have, feel free to send us a good, clear photograph to info@pesthq.com and we will try to identify it for you!

No, all the products that we sell on Pest HQ are considered Domestic and are made for use in or around your home.

IPM or Integrated Pest Management is an approach to pest control that is based on monitoring and prevention. Several measures can be used to not only eliminate pests but also prevent them from coming into your home, all the while reducing the use of chemicals and control products.  There are several things that can be done to facilitate Household IPM. 

Identification – Knowing which pest you have and putting a
plan into action

Sanitation – cleaning to abolish pest food sources

Monitoring – detecting the presence of pests through the use
of glue traps

Exclusion – keeping pests out, before they find their way

Mechanical – using traps, erecting barriers and using vacuums
to eliminate pests

A solid Household IPM program is not only a good way to control pests, it also has minimal impact on the environment!

The products that we sell are safe to use. As always, we recommend that you follow directions and associated product labels and safety data sheets, prior to using.


As soon as orders are received, they are sent to be processed at our warehouse. Processing can take up to 48 hours, depending on when the order was submitted. Any orders placed over statutory holidays will ship out on the next working business day.

Orders ship out of our warehouse every weekday morning by 11am, EST.

If you ordered incorrect product and it has already shipped, it's best to place another order right away.

Once your order is placed, you have a small window of approximately 30 minutes to cancel it before it processes to our warehouse. Once the order is accepted by the warehouse, you may still request cancellation, however please know that cancellation is not guaranteed.  Please make sure you contact us at info@pesthq.com and we will do our best to help.

At this time, all orders must be placed online.

Pest HQ ships product using Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

Yes, pick-up is available for those who prefer that option. This can be selected upon check out. We are located at 7 Meridian Rd, Etobicoke, Ontario.

At this time, Pest HQ does not ship to PEI, Quebec, North West Territories, Nunavut and Yukon. We hope to in future!

No, we do not ship Internationally.

Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing. Once an order departs the Pest HQ warehouse, it is typically received within 5-7 business days.

Payment & Returns

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Interact.

Pest HQ has a 30-day return policy. Customers have 30 days after receiving their items to request a return.

All items must first be approved for return.

Return requests must be sent to info@pesthq.com. Please provide your Order #, Full Name, Contact Information and item(s) you wish to return. A customer service representative will respond to your request.

Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Pest HQ does not accept returns for mattress encasements, live animal traps, aerosols, flammable liquids, or liquid chemical products.
