Prices charged are those in effect on the date of shipment. All prices are subject to change without notice. It is Pest HQ's policy to notify customers of price changes whenever possible.
Damaged/Missing Freight
It is the customer’s responsibility to check on ordered quantity and condition of freight at the time of delivery. Pest HQ must be notified of any discrepancies or damage within 48 hours by contacting us at info@pesthq.com.
Return Policy
Returns may only be made with the prior approval of Pest HQ. All merchandise must be in the original container and will be inspected by Pest HQ prior to the customer being refunded. All merchandise returned for any reason other than defective or through Pest HQ shipment errors will be subject to freight charges both ways. A re-stocking fee of up to 15% may be charged at Pest HQ's discretion.
