Refund policy

Pest HQ has a 30-day return policy. Customers have 30 days after receiving their items to request a return.

All items must first be approved for return.

Return requests must be sent to info@pesthq.com. Please provide your Order #, Full Name, Contact Information and item(s) you wish to return. A customer service representative will respond to your request with return address details. Pest HQ does not cover the expense of returns. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Pest HQ does not accept returns for mattress encasements, live animal traps, aerosols, flammable liquids, or liquid chemical products.
