Shipment Processing Time

Shipment processing time can take up to 48 hours, depending on when the order is submitted.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for transit, once the package departs the Pest HQ warehouse. 

 

Shipping Charges

Pest HQ charges a Standard Flat Rate of $13.75 on all orders under $49.  Orders over $49 receive FREE shipping*.

Method of Shipment

Pest HQ uses Canada Post Expedited Parcel to deliver all packages.   Please allow 5-7 business days* for delivery.  For more specific delivery information, please contact us at info@pesthq.ca. 

*Business days do not include holidays or weekends. Orders placed on Friday after 11am or over the weekend will process and ship on the following Monday.
