How to clean the drains

1. Wearing gloves and safety goggles, remove the drain lid and scrub the drain with a firm bristle brush. It will be gross the first time you do this; subsequent times less so.
Clean all floor drains: drains in high-traffic areas, rarely used floor drains, mop station drains, drains under bars and equipment.
Drains with significant sludge coating will need an initial hydro-jetting by a plumber or professional drain cleaning company.
